Personal care items such as baby lotions, powders, and shampoos.
Perishable goods such as food and formula.
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after purchase.
3. Return Process

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.

6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
